Adipurush FIRST REVIEWS OUT: Critics Dub It 'Visually Stunning'; Netizens Call It ‘Paid Reviews’: ‘How Much You Received For This?’
Director Om Raut’s ambitious project, Adipurush is all set to hit theaters on June 16. With just days left for the release, the first Twitter reviews of the film are finally out and the film appears to have lived up to the audience’s expectations. One of the Twitter handles even shelled out four out of five stars to the Prabhas-starrer, calling it to be a “visually stunning” masterpiece. 

However, the early positive reviews have made the Twitter-verse more sceptical than ever and many have suspected them to be fake. This has even sparked a debate on the micro-blogging platform and a slew of netizens have shared a few interesting takes on the positive reviews. A Twitter account named Always Bollywood heaped praise over the much-anticipated film Adipurush on June 12. The tweet also featured a poster of Prabhas as Ram and the tweet read: “Adipurush is a visually stunning & such an engrossing movie, which makes us feel like we are actually on that divine era while watching… The feeling we get after watching this is beyond words… Verdict: Must Watch.” 


Meanwhile, some Prabhas fans even expressed their excitement about the upcoming film. However, a section of users seemed confused over the early hype around the film calling it to be a fake promotional tactic. 

A few users even questioned the authenticity of the tweet and its information. Some even called it “Paid Review” while pointing out that they are waiting for film critic Taran Adarsh’s review of the film. 

“Don't get carried away by any reviews this is the time where we shouldn't trust any until we watch our movie,” wrote one user. “Movie is on the 16th. How can you say something without watching?” another wrote. Some of the other comments read, "Looks like the paid reviews have started," and "How much you received for this review?" Another expressed their desire to learn the review of film critic Taran Adarsh as they wrote, "Paid review… four stars.
